Founder & CEO
Brian is a US Air Force veteran, where he worked in flight simulation and cost & budget nalysis. Following his Air Force career, Brian worked in accounting and finance at Ramstein AB, Germany, owned several businesses, worked as the Director of Operations for a simulation firm working in with DoD and NATO contracts. Since 2014, Brian has exclusively been working as a consultant, assisting businesses who operating in the government contracting (GOVCON) space.
Pantheon Solutions was founded in 2019 with an emphasis on assisting small and startup businesses navigate the GOVCON environment. Pantheon supports firms with their accounting and contract management activities who are dealing with Federal, State or Local agencies that require compliance.
Brian leads activities for Pantheon in supporting small business growth and success by supporting the Boulder Small Business Development Center, Colorado TechSource Program, Energize Colorado and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT)
Jennifer is a US Air Force veteran with over 30 years of accounting experience. She has worked in several industries, such as city government, manufacturing, telecommunications and oil & gas. In 2020, Jennifer brought her unique talents to the Pantheon team. She now is Pantheon's Lead Accountant. Jennifer oversees all accounting activities, is responsible for Pantheon's training programs and supervises our accounting staff.
Patrick is passionate about accounting, enjoys doing calculations and spreadsheets and loves delving into the depths of the GAAP conceptual framework. Patrick has been with the company since he graduated from college and is currently studying to sit for the CPA exam. When not at work, Patrick entertains himself with walking his two dogs and exploring the Denver area on his motorcycle.
Accounting Compliance Consultant
Molly’s interest in accounting was first inspired by her grandmother who is a CPA, so you could say she has accounting in the blood. She is currently pursuing a degree in accounting while working with Pantheon Solutions to provide quality service to our clients. One of Molly's favorite things about working for Pantheon is the proximity to our bright clients who are making waves in their industries as government contractors. In her free time, Molly loves doing crafts with her daughter Eliza and longboarding with her husband Brandon.
Accounting Compliance Consultant
Piper is an Intuit QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. She holds an associate degree from Tarrant County College and is currently pursuing a degree in psychology. She is excited about the challenges that come with working for Pantheon, because every day is like solving a puzzle. Piper loves to travel and looks forward to exploring the United States one state at a time. When she is not at work, Piper likes to knit, embroider and snuggle her very affectionate and attention demanding kitty.
When she wants to relax, Piper enjoys watching scary movies. Her profile picture features the Stanley Hotel from one of her favorite movies, The Shining.
Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator
Melanie has found that her certification as an Intuit QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor helps her to understand the business and meet client needs. She enjoys connecting with people and using her people skills when interacting with clients and managing new business development initiatives. Melanie has a proven track record of successful event planning and production project management from her job as a professional entertainer hosting a weekly karaoke show. She loves that those skills carry over into her job at Pantheon Solutions. When Melanie is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her partner and two daughters and participating in her musical endeavors.
