Brian Ormsby
Founder & CEO
Brian is a US Air Force veteran, where he worked in flight simulation and cost & budget analysis. Brian is a Certified Cost Analyst, who specialized in Indirect Rate Calculations, Cost Proposal Preparation, Incurred Cost submissions and DCAA Audit support.
Brian spent 10 years as the Director of Operations for a small firm building simulators for DoD and NATO contracts where her learned the contractor side of government contraction (GOVCON.) Since 2014, Brian has exclusively worked as a consultant, assisting businesses who operating in the GOVCON space. Brian founded Pantheon Solutions in 2019 with an emphasis on assisting small and startup businesses navigate the GOVCON environment.
Jennifer Ormsby
Lead Accountant
Jennifer is a US Air Force veteran with over 30 years of accounting experience. She has worked in several industries, such as city government, manufacturing, telecommunications and oil & gas. In 2020, Jennifer brought her unique talents to the Pantheon team. She now is Pantheon's Lead Accountant. Jennifer oversees all accounting activities, is responsible for Pantheon's training programs and supervises our accounting staff.
Marissa Mondeau
Staff Accountant
Marissa is a Las Vegas native who earned her Accounting degree from UNLV in 2021. She discovered her passion for accounting early on through her love of math and problem-solving, which naturally led her into the field. She currently lives in Las Vegas with her husband and enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and experiencing different cultures.
Marissa loves being part of the Pantheon team and working with clients in the government contracting space who are truly passionate about what they do. Marissa especially enjoys supporting organizations that are making a meaningful impact through their work and enjoys helping them succeed.
Molly Castle
Accounting Compliance Consultant
Molly’s interest in accounting was first inspired by her grandmother who is a CPA, so you could say she has accounting in the blood. She is currently pursuing a degree in accounting while working with Pantheon Solutions to provide quality service to our clients. One of Molly's favorite things about working for Pantheon is the proximity to our bright clients who are making waves in their industries as government contractors. In her free time, Molly loves doing crafts with her daughter Eliza and longboarding with her husband Brandon.
